Be aware that when you book a course you are entering into a legally binding contract. Booking is dependant on compliance with the terms and conditions..
Because seminar numbers are limited to give you more personal attention and high quality training, a single cancellation can make a big difference to the viability of our training courses.
Therefore, once you have booked a place, your course fee is non-refundable unless another customer can be found to take your place in advance of the event.
If you wish to cancel and make your place available to others, please tell us as soon as possible.
Should you wish to cancel, we will make your place available to others in the course of ordinary business. If we manage to find another person to take your place, we will aim refund you within 14 days less 5% admin fee.
We will deal with cancellation requests on a case by case basis as sympathetically as possible.
In the very unlikely event it is necessary to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you by email with as much notice as possible. We will not be responsible for any expenses such as accommodation or travel due to a cancelled event, however we will refund your course fee.
